Unused prepaid credits can be refunded within 30 days. Monthly plans get pro-rated refunds. Physical SIM shipping fees are non-refundable. DID numbers are non-refundable after activation.
📱 What happens when I run out of prepaid credits?
When your balance reaches 25% remaining, we automatically repurchase the same credit pack. If you bought $100 credits, we'll buy another $100 pack when you hit $25. This prevents service interruption.
📲 eSIM vs Physical SIM - which should I choose?
eSIM is free and activates instantly on compatible devices (iPhone XS+, Google Pixel 4+). Physical SIM costs $3.99 shipping but works on all devices. Choose eSIM for instant activation, Physical for maximum compatibility.
