About the role: Provide technical support to Domain customers via email, chat, and phone. Help troubleshoot connectivity issues, billing questions, and service setup.
Requirements:
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Basic understanding of networking preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Home office setup with reliable internet
- Available for rotating shifts including weekends
About the role: Join our engineering team to build and maintain telecommunications systems using TypeScript, Cloudflare Workers, and modern web technologies.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years software development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with APIs and databases
- Interest in telecommunications/networking
- CS degree or equivalent experience
About the role: Drive partnerships with telecom vendors, resellers, and enterprise customers. Identify growth opportunities and manage strategic relationships.
Requirements:
- 2+ years business development or sales experience
- Telecommunications industry knowledge preferred
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel occasionally for meetings
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
About the role: Monitor network performance, manage SIP infrastructure, and ensure high availability of services. Work with vendor APIs and telecom carriers.
Requirements:
- Experience with networking protocols (SIP, RTP, TCP/IP)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and systems
- Understanding of telecommunications concepts
- Problem-solving skills for technical issues
- Available for on-call rotation
