1. DID Number Service (Annual Subscription)
Policy: DID number annual subscriptions ($36/year) are NON-REFUNDABLE after the first 7 days of service activation.
- 7-Day Trial Period: Full refund available if canceled within 7 days of activation
- After 7 Days: No refunds for unused portions of annual subscription
- Number Portability: If you port your number away, no refund is provided
2. Prepaid Communication Credits
Strict No-Refund Policy: All prepaid communication credits are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXPIRING
- Credits remain in your account indefinitely
- No refunds under any circumstances
- No transfers between accounts
- No cash value or redemption options
3. Service Quality Exceptions
Very limited refund eligibility for documented service failures:
- Network Outages: Credit for documented outages exceeding 24 hours
- E911 Failures: Only if due to our system failure (not customer address errors)
- Billing Errors: Correction of verified billing mistakes
4. Refund Request Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing:

5. Legal Disclaimer
