This Fair Usage Policy ("FUP") is intended to ensure that all our customers can enjoy the best possible experience on our network. We reserve the right to alter this FUP at any time.

General

Our services are intended for personal use. We consider commercial use to be a breach of this FUP. Examples of commercial use include, but are not limited to, running a business from your mobile phone, or using the service to generate income.

Data

Our unlimited data plans are subject to a fair usage limit. This is to ensure that other users on the network are not negatively impacted by your usage. If you regularly tether to multiple devices, or use peer-to-peer file sharing, you may be in breach of this FUP.

Calls and Texts

Our unlimited call and text plans are for standard person-to-person calls and texts. They do not include premium rate numbers, international numbers, or automated services.

Changes

We may revise this Fair Usage Policy from time to time. The revised version will be effective as of the published effective date. You agree to be bound by the revised FUP by continuing to use our services.
