Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Domain's telecommunications services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
Domain provides telecommunications services, including:
- DID Number Service: Annual subscription ($36/year, paid upfront) providing a dedicated US phone number with unlimited inbound calls and E911 emergency service
- Prepaid Communication Credits: Non-refundable, non-expiring credit packs for outbound calls, SMS messaging, and mobile data services
- Mobile Application: WiFi-based calling and texting application for iOS and Android devices
- SIM/eSIM Services: Physical and embedded SIM cards for cellular connectivity (where available)
2. Eligibility and Account Creation
Services are available only to:
- Individuals 18+ years of age residing in the United States
- Users who provide accurate, complete Know Your Customer (KYC) information as required by FCC regulations
- Users who maintain valid payment methods for service fees
You must provide truthful identity verification including name, date of birth, and address for E911 compliance and anti-fraud purposes.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
3.1 DID Number Service
Annual fee of $36.00 (USD), payable in advance. Service includes:
- One US phone number assignment
- Unlimited inbound calls
- FCC-compliant E911 emergency calling
- Number portability (where technically feasible)
3.2 Prepaid Credit Packs
Credits are purchased in fixed packs and are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXPIRING:
- Micro Pack: $5.00 → 100 minutes + 50 SMS + 50 MB data
- Small Pack: $15.00 → 350 minutes + 175 SMS + 150 MB data
- Medium Pack: $30.00 → 900 minutes + 350 SMS + 300 MB data
- Large Pack: $65.00 → 2200 minutes + 650 SMS + 800 MB data
- XL Pack: $125.00 → 4500 minutes + 1200 SMS + 1500 MB data
- Max Pack: $200.00 → 7000 minutes + 1800 SMS + 2500 MB data
Payment processed via ACH bank transfer (Dwolla) or credit card. All sales final.
4. Service Limitations and Restrictions
- US Only: Services available exclusively within United States and territories
- Fair Use: No commercial use, resale, or automated dialing systems
- Emergency Services: E911 requires accurate address registration; we are not liable for emergency service failures
- Network Dependencies: Service requires internet connectivity; quality varies by connection
5. Regulatory Compliance
Domain operates under:
- FCC registration and oversight
- Robocall Mitigation Database participation
- STIR/SHAKEN caller ID authentication standards
- Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements
- Truth in Billing Act compliance
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for:
- Illegal activities, harassment, or threats
- Spam, robocalls, or unsolicited commercial communications
- Circumventing telecommunications regulations
- Interfering with emergency services
- High-volume commercial dialing without authorization
7. Service Availability and Support
We strive for 99.5% uptime but cannot guarantee continuous service availability. Support provided via email and web portal during business hours.
8. Data Privacy and Security
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. Call detail records retained per FCC requirements.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination for Terms violations. No refunds for unused prepaid credits or annual fees.
10. Limitation of Liability
DOMAIN'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR SERVICES IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by US federal telecommunications law and the laws of [STATE]. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms with 30 days advance notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
